Prototyping & production
Prototype builds, manufacturing files and the follow-up that gets a design cleanly into series production.
A design becomes a product at the moment someone else can build it repeatably. We prepare that handover and stay involved while it happens.
Prototypes
First articles built and measured, so problems surface on ten boards instead of a thousand. Findings go straight back into the design rather than into a list of known issues.
Into production
We prepare the complete manufacturing package, review it with the assembler, define how each board will be tested and what “pass” means, and follow the first runs until yields are stable.
Sourcing reality
Component availability changes; designs have to survive it. We plan second sources where it is sensible, flag end-of-life risk early, and keep the BOM honest about what can actually be bought.
