Where we start
Most projects begin with a conversation about constraints rather than parts: what the product must do, what it must cost, how many you will build, which certifications it has to pass and when it has to ship. From there we propose an architecture, pick the silicon, and write down the assumptions everyone will be held to later.
Design for the real world
A board that works on the bench is only half the job. We design with sourcing risk, thermal margins, EMC behaviour and testability on the table from day one, because those are the things that turn into delays at the end of a project. Where it matters, we build in the measurement points and test hooks that make production testing straightforward instead of improvised.
